Refund policy

Each item is made to order which means we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds should you change your mind. 

We do not accept returns unless a mistake was made on our end (Color, Design) Please keep in mind that anything handmade will have some minor imperfections. Jessica's Everything Shop inspects everything prior to shipping. 

If an item is returned back to *JES* due to wrong address, return to sender, etc. the buyer will be responsible to paying the reship fee. No refunds will be issued.
